♊ The character of Gemini

Gemini sits at the join where spring passes into summer. The gift for language and relationships that air gives is overlaid with the mutable quality that turns a season, and Mercury — ruler of knowledge and communication — governs it, producing a temperament for which information is oxygen. They keep a conversation going even with someone met five minutes ago, and are excellent at translating something difficult into the other person’s language. Curiosity runs wide, so connecting two apparently unrelated fields into a new use is another speciality. The shadow lies behind that lightness.
